ULXIMA Academy

Training for people who have to decide, negotiate and lead.

ULXIMA Academy is the training division of ULXIMA LTD, dedicated to developing the skills of the people who keep organisations running.

It grows out of the meeting between consulting experience and instructional design: the same subjects on which we support companies — markets, negotiation, sustainability, communication — become structured learning paths.

In a context where work changes quickly, training cannot stop at transferring notions. It has to help people read complexity, guide decisions, improve collaboration and build solid, usable skills.

How we work

All programmes can be delivered entirely online, with classroom sessions available on request. Each course states its duration, objectives, contents and intended audience — an indication, not a restriction: anyone coming from a different background is welcome.

The offer is dynamic: it adapts to each client’s needs and is updated as we go.

The programmes

Sustainable Strategies and Change Management — 60 hours

Reading sustainability as a strategic factor rather than a compliance duty. Six modules covering ESG management, risk management, CSRD and ESRS reporting, sustainable finance and leading organisational change. For managers, entrepreneurs and consultants who need to build sustainability into business decisions.

Soft Skills at Work — 55 hours

Five modules on self management, effective communication, people management, decision making and generative leadership. For those who lead teams and want to strengthen the relational skills that technical expertise does not cover.

Business Negotiation — 16 hours

Preparing and running negotiations in a structured way, oriented towards creating value. Competitive and integrative negotiation models, managing concessions, negotiating leadership and cognitive bias, with role play and debriefing on participants’ own experience.

Crisis Communication Management — 8 hours

Reading, interpreting and managing crisis situations in a fast, fragmented media environment. Four modules: the dynamics of a crisis, managing the first hours, governance and the crisis committee, messages and channels. For general management, communication and coordination roles.

Public Speaking — 8 hours

Making the most of your ability to speak in public and in presentations. Structuring a talk, managing the relationship with the audience, techniques to open and close, differences between in-person and remote delivery.
